Privacy Policy

Mind. Body. Spirit.

At Gubble, your trust is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

When you create a Gubble account, we may collect:

  • Your name or preferred name
  • Your email address
  • Information you choose to share while using Gubble, including conversations, files, images or photographs, voice interactions, Planner information, and preferences
  • Account and subscription information

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Gubble does not store your payment card information.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to Gubble
  • Personalize your experience
  • Save your preferences and conversation history
  • Improve Gubble's features and reliability
  • Communicate important service updates

Analytics and Cookies

Gubble uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors and users interact with the service, including pages viewed, general feature usage, device and browser information, and approximate geographic information. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar device identifiers.

We use this information to measure performance, identify problems, and improve Gubble. Gubble does not intentionally send your name, email address, conversation or prompt content, voice recordings, files, images or photographs, Planner content, or payment card information to Google Analytics.

Google processes Analytics data under its own privacy terms. You may limit cookies through your browser settings.

AI and Service Providers

Gubble uses trusted service providers to operate its features. Information you submit may be transmitted to and processed by these providers when necessary to provide the feature you request.

These providers may include OpenAI for AI conversation and voice features, xAI for certain image generation and photo features, Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payment and subscription processing, Resend for email delivery, and Google Analytics for service usage measurement.

For example, conversation content or an attachment may be processed by an AI provider to generate a response, and an image or photograph may be processed by an AI provider when you choose to use an image or photo feature.

Gubble may save conversation history and limited continuity information to provide conversation history, personalization, and continuity across your use of Gubble.

Your Privacy

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your information is used only to operate and improve Gubble.

Account and Data Deletion

You may permanently delete your Gubble account from Settings. Account deletion removes personal Gubble account data associated with your account, including saved conversations, Planner data, notification subscriptions, profile information, and Daily Encouragement delivery preferences.

Billing and transaction records may be retained when reasonably necessary for payment processing, legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. Deleting your Gubble account does not automatically cancel an external subscription or payment obligation.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices and trusted service providers to help protect your information. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we work to keep your data safe.
